1、屋脊部位：輕型鋼結構屋脊處波峰太高，屋脊蓋板無法保證防水，縱向搭接未敷設防水，形成縫隙而漏水，屋脊蓋板縱向搭接用鉚釘連接，熱脹冷縮強度不夠而拉斷鉚釘，形成漏水。

4. 5、檐口部位：屋面外板安裝未加泡沫堵頭，屋面外板未下扳;墻面外板長度不足，且檐口部位未加防水收邊。
